 The monitor has multiple functions and can monitor various physiological parameters such as electrocardiography, respiration, non-invasive blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, etc., and can also be connected to a central station through a network cable with a standardized RJ45 plug. The number of monitoring products of the monitor manufacturers is high, and the usage rate of sales at home and abroad is high. Now we introduce some typical problems encountered during the application process.


 Question one

 Problem Phenomenon When the patient is performing non-invasive blood pressure viewing, the value can appear normally, but the “pump leak” is constantly indicated in the NIBP display area during leak detection.

 Analysis and maintenance:

(1) First and foremost, check whether the external airbag and its inlet line are leaky. Check that there is no air leakage. Because the machine is able to perform normal tests on the patient and is also correctly inflated, it is proved that this part of the inflatable function circuit and the pneumatic motor are good, so that the problem of touching the above-mentioned components can be started.

(2) Continuously search for and inflate related air pumps. Open the back case, ears attached to the pump to listen carefully to see if there is leakage sound, but at this moment in addition to the machine's own subtle sound, there is no significant leakage sound, it is suspected that the problem with the internal structural damage to the pump. After the air pump is replaced, the power-on operation still shows the fault, so the possibility of the air pump being broken can be eliminated.

(3) Determine whether it is related to the gas path attached to the deflation gas. At this moment, after static insulation or electrostatic discharge, turn off the back chassis under power-off condition, be careful to take off the middle square circuit board, and find that 2 air release solenoid valves are arranged around the air pump. These 2 solenoid valves Used for deflation after inflation. One is close to the air pump for fast deflation and the other is for slow deflation. The system software controls the opening and closing of these two valves in time. Looking away from the two solenoid valves and their associated piping, it was found that the air-releasing valve coil has a normal resistance and the power-on suction is normal. Replace the hoses that connect the two solenoid valves and finally seal the ends of the hose with a suitable cable tie. Starting from scratch, the air leakage detection of the gradual deflation of the step amount was carried out. It was found that the machine was normal and there was no alarm indicating the fault, indicating that the pipeline connecting the air release valve showed a leak. The reason why the routine operation of analyzing non-invasive blood pressure can be carried out is that the deflation at this moment is mainly based on a slow release valve and is in a state of deflation. The subtle leakage problem is insufficient to influence the judgment of the system, so no alarm is triggered. However, the detection value in this case is inaccurate. After all, there is a leak in the pipe. In the case of leak detection, both valves are closed. If the hose leaks at the valve, the system software can sensitively detect the pressure drop, so the above symptoms are present. In general, the monitor has its own self-checking items. After a period of time, the monitor will need to perform self-tests. This will greatly assist the correct and useful use of the machine and help the engineer to identify the problem.

Problem Phenomenon After the central station's Yuanwang III system software has started up, the dual-display screen repeatedly pops up an alert box to show that the video card has failed to be initialized. After clicking Accept, the system shuts down.

Analysis and maintenance: The monitor PM9000 can be connected to the central station for Ethernet transmission. It forms a remote monitoring system with the central station, and then cooperates with the camera to assist the intensive care unit. As usual, the center station is displayed in dual screens. The left screen is the main information of all the slaves. After clicking on a slave, the right panel is its detailed information. According to the machine's prompts, it is firstly checked to see if the graphics card is experiencing problems. After removing the video card, it is found that it is a dual-output video card, in which an output port, after being transformed, forms a video signal synchronized with another port and supporting the same video line. After inserting this video card into other computers and testing the video lines one by one, it was found that they all appeared normally, which started to eliminate the possibility of video card corruption.

Then, tests were performed on the two display screens of the central station. The display was intact and the problem of the display itself could be removed. This may be a defect of the software itself. Then, the self-starting function of the software is shielded, the computer desktop is accessed, the software system and the database are installed from the beginning, but the problem still appears. Considering that this is a dual-screen display, the need for "stand alone" display, check the computer "display attributes", the proof is also "independent" form.

In the end, the analysis of the above viewing process was combined to solve the problem that the dual-screen display requirement of this system was satisfactory with a resolution setting. Generally, the single-screen requirement was 1 280×1 024, and the double screen was doubled in the horizontal direction to 2560×1 024. No problem in general applications. The software appears in an independent form, so the single screen is set to 1 280 × 960; if it is across the form, it can be set to 2 560 × 960, but it also exceeds the resolution supported by the graphics card. Therefore, after setting the resolution of 1 280 × 960 in the independent form, the fault was removed. By looking at the findings, in the cross-form, below the setting will continue to show the phenomenon, above which the setting will show incomplete or black screen; in the “independent” form, all the resolution settings will not appear normally. It can be seen that, if other types of graphics cards are used instead of a wider-screen display, the setting contents must change.
